Kurated Kitchen Policies
1. Cancellation Policy:
Events canceled more than [30] days before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within [7] days of the event date will be charged [75%] of the total contract amount.
2. Payment Terms Policy:
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be due according to a customized schedule, with full payment required no later than 3 days prior to the event date. We accept payments via PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, checks, and cash. Late payments may incur a 10% late fee if not communicated !
3. Liability Policy:
Kurated Kitchen is not liable for any damage to property or injury to persons at the event location, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Kurated Kitchen staff. Client is responsible for securing and ensuring the event location is safe and suitable for catering services.
4. Data Privacy Policy:
Kurated Kitchen collects and stores client information for the purpose of providing catering services. We do not share or sell client information to third parties, except as required by law. Client data is securely stored and protected against unauthorized access.
Kurated Kitchen - Food Safety Policy
At Kurated Kitchen, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality food to our clients. We adhere to strict food safety standards and practices to prevent foodborne illnesses and ensure customer satisfaction.
